Black Dog in Amsterdam

Set against the stark backdrop of the Gobi Desert, former stunt motorcyclist Lang returns to his hometown after a stint in prison. As he attempts to rebuild his life while navigating the threats of a vengeful gangster, he joins a government program tasked with removing stray animals ahead of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Amidst this bleak landscape, Lang forms an unexpected bond with a black stray dog, forcing him to confront the haunting echoes of his past as he seeks redemption and liberation.
