Since the death of his wife Irène, painter Antoine has lost his creative spark and descended into a dark, alcoholic void. Desperate to reconnect with her, he crosses paths with Suzanne, a penniless sideshow performer posing as a medium. What begins as a cynical charade to settle Suzanne’s debts turns into a complex dance of grief and manipulation, exploring the fragile line between the lies we tell ourselves and the truth we desperately need to find.
