Saccharine in Den Haag

Medical student Hana struggles with body dysmorphia and destructive binge eating. Upon reuniting with an old childhood friend who has undergone a radical transformation, Hana is drawn into an obscure and dangerous weight-loss craze. She soon discovers that her desire for perfection carries a gruesome cost: after consuming human ashes, she finds herself haunted by the specter of the deceased.
