Wan pipel in Breda

Wan Pipel follows Roy Ferrol, an Afro-Surinamese student studying in the Netherlands who returns to his native Suriname to visit his dying mother. Upon arriving in the newly independent nation, he finds himself torn between his life in Amsterdam with his Dutch girlfriend and a future in his homeland. As he falls for a local Hindostani nurse, he is forced to confront deep-seated questions about identity, love, and loyalty.
